The Keweenaw Bay Indian Community Gaming Commission mission is to protect the assets of the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community



Tribal Personnel / Job Opportunities


The Keweenaw Bay Indian Community offers a wide variety of challenging employment opportunities. Benefits packages vary by position and may include: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Retirement, and Life Insurance.



Natural Resources Department


The Natural Resources Department administers natural resource programs for the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community on the L’Anse, Marquette, and Ontonagon reservations as well as the western Upper Peninsula of Michigan (1842 ceded territory).



CEO's Office


Coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparations, and records control. Oversees the planning, review, development, implementation, updating and administration of management policies and procedures.



TERO


TERO stands for Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance or Office. TERO Ordinances require that all employers who are engaged in operating a business on reservations give preference to qualified Indians in all aspects of employment, contracting, and other business activities.
